吉首—怀化高速公路（Jishou–Huaihua Expressway），简称“吉怀高速”，是中国湖南省境内连接湘西土家族苗族自治州吉首市与怀化市鹤城区的高速公路，为中国国家高速公路网包头—茂名高速公路（国家高速G65）的组成部分之一 [1] 。 2008年9月26日，吉首—怀化高速公路开工建设 [2] ；2012年12月23日，吉首—怀化高速公路全线通车运营 [3] 。 吉首—怀化高速公路北起于吉首枢纽，南止于牛栏坡，线路全长104.836千米，道路为双向四车道高速公路，设计速度100千米/小时
